Location & Approach Kela Devi Sanctuary falls in Karauli District of Rajasthan, adjacent to Madhya Pradesh Border. The best approach to thesanctuary is to reach Gangapur city (on Delhi - Bombay broad gauge Western Railway main line) by rail and drive down to the Sanctuary by road via karauli. The sanctuary is also connected to Delhi, Jaipur and Sawai Madhopur by State roads.
